Lord Howe Island
Lord Howe Island is a very special Australian island, situated 700 kilometres North-East of Sydney, it is a world heritage listed natural paradise.
It features the magnificent Mt Gower and Mt Lidgbird peaks at one end descending down to green pastures, kentia palms and a windswept tree line below sheltering a magnificent coral lagoon on one side of the island and the beautiful Ned's Beach on the other.
For a close, quiet, relaxing getaway, Lord Howe is perfect. Just a 2 hour domestic flight from Sydney or Brisbane and only 11 kilometres long x 2 kilometres at the widest point.
